So my friend Emily is a huge motivator when it comes to running. She has ran in couple of marathons, several half marathons and has traveled across the country to run and train. This is something I aspire to do and when I told her I want to do this, she immediately wanted to hop on board! As a result, we have already started to plan future runs together, both locally and not.
So the other day, she sent me a link about a girl, about my age, who has ran a marathon in all seven continenents! That. sounds. amazing! I thought I would share with you because this article really inspired me.
